Policies and Procedures

The Human Resources Department is responsible for administering a wide variety of employee & labor relation activities; including, enforcement and interpretation of the Town’s Charter, Ordinances, Policies, Union Contracts and Procedures as they relate to Human Resources. 

Performance Management

The Human Resources Department also administers the Town’s performance management program, which includes annual performance reviews, professional development, disciplinary actions, and on-going consultation services to management.
