The Human Resources Department is responsible for drafting, recommending, interpreting and disseminating various Town policies as they relate to personnel matters.

Employee Handbook
Below you will find links to the approved employee handbooks.  The employee handbook was approved by council in 2001 and then again in 2007.  Since the handbooks are not similarly formatted, both are being provided. The employee handbook is currently under review; however, if there is a question about a certain policy, please feel free to contact Human Resources.
