Wellness Incentive

The Wellness Program’s current discount will still be in effect throughout the plan year of July 1, 2017 – June 30, 2018.

To be eligible for the Wellness Incentive for the July 1, 2018 – June 30, 2019 year, you will need to complete an annual physical and an Annual Physical Exam Verification form. The Town will not collect any PHI or any medical records, just confirmation that the routine medical exam was completed.

All forms are due to the Human Resources Department by Friday, June 1st, 2018, to be eligible for the wellness program beginning July 1, 2018.  Individuals who complete the annual physical and annual physical exam verification form will be enrolled in the Town's wellness program and their co-share will be 17.5%.

KRONOS – Pre-Phase – Getting Used to FOBing - Continued

We are extending the pre-phase - Getting Used to FOBing, until further notice.

What does this mean?

It means all staff in Town Hall are to FOB in and out.

This is the ONLY expectation we have of Town Hall employees during this phase. When you FOB, a Green Light will appear on the timeclock to notify you of a successful FOB.

Frequently Asked Questions

1) I am an exempt staff member, do I still need to FOB?

a. As of right now yes. This phase is designed to allow HR and IT to test the system to ensure everything is        set-up correctly. ALL TOWN HALL staff need to be FOBing starting next week.

2) I don’t have a FOB, what do I do?

a. The IT Department is working the rest of this week and next week to ensure that all personnel who will be using FOBs be given a FOB. It is OK if you don’t have one for the Pre-Phase; however, if you do not have a FOB by Wednesday, March 28, please contact HR.

3) When I FOB I don’t see anything on the screen, what is wrong?

a. Nothing. HR and IT are still working together to set everything up. This phase is just supposed to get staff used to FOBing. HR staff will be working throughout the week to ensure FOBs are going through and data is being attached to records. We are using this as a test to ensure accounts are set-up correctly.

4) When I FOB, there is no Green light, what do I do?

a. Send an e-mail to payroll@westerlyri.gov with your name so we can review your KRONOS account.

5) When I FOB, someone else’s name comes up on the screen, what do I do?

a. Send an e-mail to payroll@westerlyri.gov with your name so we can review your KRONOS account.

6) Who should I contact if I have any additional questions, comments, concerns about the new timeclock system during the Pre-Phase – Getting Used to FOBing?

a. You can contact HR or e-mail payroll@westerlyri.gov with your issue so we can research it.

7) I forgot to FOB what do I do?

a. Let your department head know and send an e-mail to payroll@westerlyri.gov with the day/time you were supposed to FOB.
