The Finance department provides a quality, comprehensive, proactive financial management program for the Town of Westerly. The focus of the department is on excellence in customer service delivery with professional, courteous, and knowledgeable staff.
The Finance Department's primary responsibilities include: maintaining accounting and budget systems for the Town Government, receiving taxes and all other revenues, disbursing all expenditures / payments, issuing any authorized debts, and cash management functions.
