THE RHODE ISLAND DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH IS WORKING ON PROPOSING NEW REGULATIONS FOR LEAD SERVICE LINES ON THE PUBLIC WATER SYSTEMS AS WELL AS PRIVATELY OWNED PIPELINES. THE FIRST STEP IN THIS PROCESS IS A “SERVICE LINE INVENTORY”.
HELP US, HELP YOU! PLEASE PARTICIPATE IN THE FOLLOWING SURVEY TO ASSIST US IN PROVIDING THE MOST ACCURATE INVENTORY. SURVEY DUE BY SEPTEMBER 15TH, 2024.
These regulations will help all public and private water systems provide better water quality to all residents.

You will need the following information:
Utility bill account number, address, year your home was built, internal house piping material.
