As with most organizations, the Town uses a variety of benefits partners to deliver and administer our benefits. The HR Departments role is to act as a facilitator between our employees and those third party administrators. Often times due to HIPAA, privacy, or banking laws, HR can only assist up to a point, and then the issue/case needs to be referred to our TPA. However, if you have an issue, please do not hesitate in contacting HR first to see if we can assist you.

Your Health Savings Account (HSA) is actually a bank account that is partnered with your medical plan. Due to banking regulations, there is very little information that HR has about your HSA and very limited access to assist. Your primary contact is London Health Administrators, which you can contact at 1-800-343-2236.
