As with most organizations, the Town uses a variety of benefits partners to deliver and administer our benefits. The HR Departments role is to act as a facilitator between our employees and those third party administrators. Often times due to HIPAA, privacy, or banking laws, HR can only assist up to a point, and then the issue/case needs to be referred to our TPA.
