I called HR and they referred to me another number, party, website, or organization. Who can I call in HR for assistance?

As with most organizations, the Town uses a variety of benefits partners to deliver and administer our benefits. The HR Departments role is to act as a facilitator between our employees and those third party administrators. Often times due to HIPAA, privacy, or banking laws, HR can only assist up to a point, and then the issue/case needs to be referred to our TPA. However, if you have an issue, please do not hesitate in contacting HR first to see if we can assist you.
